TSD redesigned and upgraded the website and application materials for Wake County Smart Start, a nonprofit based in North Carolina and founded in 1993. WCSS works to improve the quality, accessibility and affordability of child care, provide preventive health and early intervention services and offer family support services—all delivered as part of a strong, diverse integrated early childhood system. TSD created a website that reflects the warmth and joy evocative of childhood, and is accessible to a technologically diverse user group.
